There's no Water in the Loo

The Congress hums Jai Ho and the BJP cries ballyhoo!
O'er an Oscar shampoo that washed away the slum-poo
Only the voter says Ho-Hum
And looks an incurable glum
All this hullabaloo makes him want to go to the loo.
